Sorry its been a while.
So last week Freddie started school!! (well Pre-school) Bless him he is soo grown up. Though what is even scarier is that by the end of this year I need to have chosen which school I want him to go to, as he is a spring baby, he will be starting in 2009!!!
He now goes Monday, Tuesday and Friday Mornings. The school is fab and it took me ages to decide on it. I think their garden helped (huge enclosed garden), the fact it was a nice size not too many kids and wasn't run in a church hall. Whilst there is nothing wrong with Church halls of course, I personally prefer a school thats a school, not somewhere thats also a AA meeting room etc.
For anyone that wants a look their website is here:
http://www.thehatchlings.co.uk/our_nursery_schools_basingstoke_worting_road.phpHe has taken to it well, though there have been tears some mornings, which is hard the first day no tears then its built up. I guess he is soo used to being at home with me thats its a bit of a shock. However when I pick him up he is full of school talk, what he did, what he drank, what he ate, reciting stories, doing dances. Its very cute.
So last week I will try and remember.
Tuesday school in morning, unfortunately for Harry he had to have his MMR and his HIB booster! Not such a nice morning for him!! We had ice tots again in the afternoon.
Wednesday - we had to wait in all day for our furniture, which of course didnt turn up till 4pm!
Thursdays was JJ's again with James and Angela.
Friday was school - then I think for once nothing in the afternoon.
Saturday was hectic, Steve dropped Fred and I at his mum and Dads then took Harry swimming, brought Harry back collected Fred and took Fred to his first football lesson!!!!!!!!!
Fred was a little shy at first but soon got into it, Steve seems to think he has a real knack for it (Come on earn Mummy and Daddy some money!!) and he is sooo good and quick on his feet.

They then returned for lunch, then soon set off again to take Fred for his swimming lesson. (which due to a crash they missed - oh and the fact that Steve didn't know the shortcut! - my mum and dad went to watch - left the same time as steve, got there half an hour before he was even near, left when they realised he wasnt going to make it and got home about 20 minutes before he did!!!)
Harry was not having a great day, I have decided to stoped feeding him in the day (MY milk that is not all food!!!) and this was day one, so he wasnt happy, it probably didnt help that I forgot the bottle for him to drink from.
Here is Harry looking shocked that he had NO CHOCOLATE LEFT!!!

We then drove home and minutes after we got back Mark and Chantal arrived.
I cooked for us all (well not they boys they went to bed!) and we had a great night.
Harry amazingly slept from 8.30 till 6am.. belive me I was shocked. Hasnt happened since but still its a start right! I didnt even mind that he wanted to start the day at 6 (they get up around 7.30-8 these days!).
Because he had gotten up so early he was tired mid morning, I usually take him for a drive or walk to get him to sleep, but didnt, and he fell asleep in Chantals arms.
SOOOOOOOO CUTE

Sunday we popped over to Mum and Dads as it was my Nans birthday this week. Stupidly forgot the camera though so have no piccies!!
Stayed there till about 1.30/2 but at this point the boys were hungry so we took them to lunch at a pub just down the road from us and had a great time. Both behaved for once!!
Here are the boys playing scalextrix when we got home.

Sunday Night Fred seemed to come down with Flu - though by monday morning he sounded awful. Coughing losing his breath, wheezing. I thought it was croup, rang NHS direct who listened to him on the phone - they thought it was croup. Took him to the doctor - "I can't hear a wheeze" just give him calpol. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. He was fine Monday night though and I (meanie) sent him to school Tuesday morning.
Here are my telly addicts in the afternoon. Have to say Harry really copies fred now, if Fred is lying down Harry soon comes over and joins him, if Fred is dancing Harry starts bouncing up and down, and if Fred is Jumping, you get this little "DUMP DUMP DUMP" echo and Harry trying his hardest to get both feet off the floor!

OOh you can see our new furniture in this one (looks better in the flesh but you get an idea) oh and my new rug which I LOVE!! soo soft and will hopefully hide more stains than the last one!
Oh and some arty black and white shots as I was playing with the camera.

Ok so we are up to today at last. We did nothing really! Went to the post office then I took the boys to pizza hut for lunch! (Lazy me but who can resist and all you can eat for £2.99 for 2 boys!!) They love pizza. The real reason was I had forgotten to get anything out the freezer and by the time we had finished at the post office and other things Harry slept then it was 11.45 and I was like ARGHH Lunch!
Oh this morning. I went for a shower came downstairs to silence and no boys in front of the TV, walked round tot he kitchen and found 2 terrors playing with a box of rice , obviously most of the rice was on the floor at this point so I decided to let it go and join them and threw some pasta into the mix too. They loved it. Cheap fun I guess!

Oh then Harry decided to climb under the table and get stuck but he liked it -strange strange child.
